Return conditions

Returns are accepted only within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, no return, refund, or exchange request can be accepted.

To initiate a return request, it is mandatory to use our official return portal.

When generating your return label, it is created based on the number of items declared. It is strictly prohibited to add additional items without informing us beforehand, so we can adjust the label to match the actual parcel weight. In case of non-compliance, carrier surcharge fees may apply. As these costs are charged to us, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your refund to cover any additional fees incurred.

Any request made outside of this portal will not be taken into account.

If a promotional offer is conditional on the purchase of a specific item (for example, a discount on a second item when purchasing an item from the new collection), the discount remains valid only if the triggering item is kept.

If the triggering item is returned, the condition of the offer is no longer met. The refund may therefore be adjusted to remove the discount applied to the item kept, which will revert to its regular price.


Eligible countries for returns

Returns are accepted only for countries located within the European Union.

No returns are currently accepted for orders shipped outside the European Union.


General return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be returned with all tags attached
  • Have no animal hair
  • Not be scented or perfumed

If animal hair is found on the returned item, a flat cleaning fee of €10 will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is mandatory for any return.


Returns outside the legal timeframe

Any parcel shipped more than 14 days after delivery will be automatically refused.

In this case, the customer will be required to retrieve the parcel at their own expense by paying the return shipping fees.

It is essential to carefully read these return conditions. Failure to comply with the legal return timeframe may result in an unpleasant situation for both the customer and us.

These conditions have been clearly established and included in our return policy to ensure that every customer is fully informed in advance. This is in no way an abusive or misleading practice: we act in strict compliance with contractual terms and current French legislation.
